Physical inventory with Excel, without Shopify
Import your theoretical stock spreadsheet and download the file with the differences marked.

Prepare your spreadsheet
You need one column with the barcode and another with the theoretical stock. The remaining columns (name, size, color) are optional and are kept in the export.

Count with your phone
Do the count as usual, scanning the codes. You don't need Shopify: it's enough for the codes in your spreadsheet to match the ones you scan.

Export the result
From the session, choose Export. You download a file with the counted amount, the theoretical amount, and the difference per row, ready to hand to your counter or to fix the system.
