Turn on blind counting

Let your counters count without seeing the expected stock, for a bias-free audit.

  1. 01

    What blind counting is

With blind counting on, the counter counts blind: they don't see how much there “should” be or the comparison. So the number is what's really there, with no one adjusting to make it match.

  2. 02

    Turn it on in Settings

In Settings → Company, enable “Blind counting”. From there, counters stop seeing expected stock, differences and percentages.

  3. 03

    You still see everything

The owner and supervisor keep seeing the expected stock and the live comparison from the web. Blind applies only to the counter.
