Connect your Shopify store

Bring in your products and current stock to compare against what you count in the warehouse.

1. 01

   Go to the Shopify section

   In the dashboard, open Shopify and tap “Connect store”. You'll need your store domain (for example mystore.myshopify.com) and an access token.

2. 02

   Create an access token in Shopify

   In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → Create an app. Grant read permissions for products and inventory (read_products, read_inventory). Copy the token it generates.

   Paste the domain and token into Tapfy

   Go back to Tapfy, paste the domain and token, and save. The token is stored encrypted; it's never visible. If something doesn't match, we'll let you know right away.

4. 04

   Import your catalog

   Tapfy brings in your products, variants, barcodes, and stock by location. From then on, every count can be compared against that stock without re-entering anything by hand.
