Lock a label as read-only
Protect the chip so no one can rewrite it. It's irreversible: check before confirming.

Write and verify first
Before locking, make sure the content is correct by reading it. Locking can't be undone.

Turn on the lock
Choose “Lock as read-only” and hold the chip. From then on, anyone can read it but no one can change what it stores.
Good to know
Locking is permanent. If it's a Tapfy dynamic link, you don't need to lock the chip to change the destination: the link is edited from the dashboard.
